Our Building Process
Jeremy will meet with you to discuss the initial concept for you house, taking into consideration your plan and the block of land as well as discuss different options that best suit your budget.
Contact and Approvals
Once the quote has been approved, JBC will provide you with a contract which outlines all the financial components and stages of the build. A copy of all relevant documents will be provided to you, for the relevant financial body you are working with. Once the contract is signed and financial approval provided, we will handle all the necessary approvals from the relevant authority bodies (local Council) so we can start building.
Design and quoting
We can work with a draftsman or architect to create the plan your after or work with the plans supplied by you. Once the plan has been finalised we can provide a detailed quote including your preferred choices for kitchen, bathroom and various features
Once Council approval has been provided construction of your site and home will start. The team from JBC will liaise with all of our contractors and tradesman and will be in touch regularly to keep you updated with your homes progress. We like to work closely with our clients so you feel apart of every stage throughout the construction and can answer any questions that pop up along the way.
Your house is nearly a home! Once construction has finished we will meet with you on site for a final inspection. This will include officially handing you the keys to your new home and running your through any relevant manuals and features and answering your questions.
